About the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project (CBAP):

CBAP assists Philadelphians whose income are below the federal poverty level.  All of CBAPs clients hope to stabilize their finances either through debt/budget counseling or through filing a Chapter 7 bankruptcy.  They combine legal and social services to insure that clients are in better financial shape than when they first arrived at their organization.  For more information, visit CBAP.
