Growing Sales at Your Struggling Company

Increase top line growth through effective consultative sales training, sales coaching, and sales process development.  Phil Krone, President of Productive Strategies, will lead a presentation describing how to help financially struggling companies drive for sales growth in a difficult environment.

How do financially struggling companies effectively grow sales revenue when there's little money to invest in marketing and sales activities that will lead to sales growth?

Prospecting for new customers, setting productive appointments and building profitable relationships, creating customized sales presentations, developing selling skills in sales forces-these and other business development services are required for companies and professional services firms competing in a business to business environment.

The goal is to help your client meet its aggressive sales growth goals in the most affordable way possible by leveraging already existing marketing and sales resources.   The June 2nd presentation will give you a preview into sales growth strategies that work for a struggling company.

Hosted by Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP

Benefits of a TMA Membership

"I've gotten a number of legitimate, 'for sure wouldn't have got the deal but for TMA' deals over the years."
