Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award Winner—TMA Philadelphia/ Wilmington Chapter
The TMA Philadelphia/ Wilmington Chapter established the Bankruptcy Law Student Diversity Initiative, pursuant to which one law student from the area is selected for a paid, eight-week, full-time summer internship with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. The goal of this program is to encourage diverse law students and students who have overcome substantial obstacles in the pursuit of a legal career to consider a career as a bankruptcy attorney.

International Chapter Excellence Award Winner—TMA United Kingdom
TMA United Kingdom has set a high bar for membership value with its numerous initiatives, including a number of online events with interesting and varied topics that attracted participation from across the globe, a series of events sponsored by the TMA UK Network of Women, academic partnerships with the London Business School and the London School of Economics, and its ever-popular TMA UK Annual Conference.

Most Innovative Program Award Winner—TMA Rocky Mountain
TMA Rocky Mountain has embraced its slogan “Your Business Isn’t Local, and Neither Is Your TMA Rocky Mountain Chapter! TMA Rocky Mountain Chapter Is Five States Strong!" by hosting a three-day region-wide retreat that brought TMA members and business leaders together for good food, good networking and good golfing. We like to say that all it takes is one connection, and to say that connections were made at this retreat would be an understatement!

North American Chapter Excellence Award Winner—TMA New York City
TMA New York City continued to prove in 2021 that even a global pandemic could not stop its momentum. Through the collective efforts of its leadership, committees, and engaged members, the chapter hosted more than 20 successful events in 2021, continued to grow its membership, established a dedicated online programming committee to develop and produce numerous CLE, CPE, and CTP eligible webinars and podcasts, and established a semi-annual newsletter to highlight member contributions and provide another avenue for regular engagement.
