Chief Restructuring Officers ("CROs") use a variety of tools on a daily basis to restructure distressed businesses. These tools include formal options under various bankruptcy and insolvency laws as well as informal solutions such as negotiation of creditor arrangements and strategic business planning. This webinar is focused on the application of the tools available to CROs in turning around or restructuring a business during the crisis stabilization phase. Discussion topics include the use of restructuring tools available under federal and state legislation, lender negotiation strategies and leverage and managing critical creditors among other relevant tools. Panel participants will provide color to these topics by illustrating these solutions through real life situations, explaining the basics of the tool available and providing an example of how the application of the tool affected the outcome of a particular engagement.
