Chief Restructuring Officers (“CROs”) need to have a versatile skill set to deal with the variety of issues encountered in turning around a distressed business. This webinar focuses on the softer management skills required in a turnaround during the execution phase. This webinar guides viewers through determining the best course(s) of action as well as executing an operational turnaround. Discussion topics include situation analysis, management team evaluation, corporate operations centralization and consolidation corporate operations, liquidity management, and cost reduction and revenue enhancement strategies.
