  • Use of confidential information
  • Trading walls and other intercreditor conflict scenarios
  • Enhanced fiduciary duties applicable in Chapter 11 and how such duties govern conduct in multiparty conflict situations
  • Selected recent Chapter 11 cases that illustrate multiparty engagement issues and how professionals in such cases are dealing with such issues
