Valuation is often at the heart of disputes in Corporate Recovery. However, except for that unique point in time when a “willing” seller agrees with a willing buyer on price, terms, and conditions, “valuation” is often a matter of opinion with conflicting experts making often dramatically different assumptions.

This course was developed to de-mystify the valuation process for judges, lawyers, and turnaround consultants. By reviewing the various methodologies and the range of assumptions that can be made and intellectually defended, TMA hopes to raise the bar and sophistication of the debate.
