The Northeast Conference & F. Matthew Jackson Memorial Golf Tournament* are held at the historic Gideon Putnam Resort, a National Landmark Hotel, in the heart of Saratoga Spa State Park. The program features many opportunities to network with industry leaders and peers. Festivities begin Wednesday afternoon with a tennis and golf luncheon. A networking cocktail reception for all attendees will be in the evening. The panel discussion and keynote speaker will be featured Thursday morning.

Track Tickets: A limited number of tickets will be available at the newly constructed, upscale The Rail at the 1863 Club. Limited to the first 30 people. The conference is subsidizing a portion of the $140 ticket price. Tickets cannot be guaranteed after July 18. There will be a wait list.

Room Reservations: The hotel bock expired August 13, 2019 but if you need a room reservation, please contact the TMA-Upstate NY Chapter Office as there may still be availability at the discounted rate of $201+ tax. All changes or cancellations to existing room reservations must be made with the resort more than 72 hours prior to arrival to receive the deposit refund, equal to the first night’s stay. All changes, no- shows, or cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
* F. Matthew Jackson was a former president and longtime board member of the TMA Upstate New York Chapter and co-chair of the Northeast Conference. He passed away unexpectedly on March 23 at 49. Mr. Jackson was a partner with O’Connell and Aronowitz LLP in Albany. On their website, they wrote: “We mourn his untimely death but celebrate the way he lived his life.” The golf outing has been renamed in Matt's honor. Donation forms will be available at the conference for anyone interested in making a memorial contribution to the American Cancer Society, the Colonie Youth Center or Matt's family.
The deadline to cancel for a refund is Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at 5:00 PM (the “Cancellation Date”). After the Cancellation Date, no refunds will be granted but substitutions are welcomed. Please consider sending a colleague in your place should you need to cancel after the Cancellation Date.
