Requests for refunds must be made in writing no later than September 2, 2021 (e-mail is acceptable). Cancellations received after September 2, 2021 will not be refunded. This includes the entire golf outing registration and/or any portion of the registration. TMA does not issue credits for future events, but does welcome substitutions. Substitutions must be submitted in writing (e-mail is acceptable) for TMA consideration. Please note that if you register for the golf outing after the cancellation date has passed, you will not be eligible for any type of refund. These cancellation policies apply to all individuals, regardless of when the registration form is submitted. In the event the chapter cancels the outing, refunds will be offered to registrants. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued following the golf outing, no later than September 16, 2021.
COVID-19 Communication to Attendees:
Attendance by all individuals at the event constitutes a waiver indicating that they are attending a chapter sponsored event at their own risk, and that neither the venue, organizer, nor any attendees are responsible if they contract COVID-19 or any other communicable disease around the time of the event.
Each individual is required to check their own temperature prior to coming to the outing and should not attend if they have a fever.
Do not attend if you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19. Should you start coughing uncontrollably or exhibit other symptoms, regardless of results of previous testing, you will be asked to leave the event.
Attendees are asked to practice CDC recommended preventative measures at all times (i.e., proper hand washing and sanitizing, social distancing, wearing a cloth face mask in public, and avoiding potential cross contamination). All individuals in attendance at the event shall wear masks if required to do so pursuant to venue, local, and/or state rules.
