HELP HOPE LIVE to support Sharon Kimble
On April 3, 2021, Sharon was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré (Ghee-yan Bah-ray) Syndrome (GBS). GBS is an inflammatory disorder of the peripheral nerves outside the brain and spinal cord. A fundraising campaign in Sharon’s honor has been established with Help Hope Live to fund uninsured medical expenses associated with Catastrophic Illness. Attendance by all individuals, including TMA Members, Chapter Executives, Administrators, and their respective employees and guests (each of the foregoing, collectively an "Attendee") at any event constitutes their legally binding agreement that:
They are attending the chapter sponsored event at their own risk;
None of the TMA, TMA Global, the venue, the organizer, any attendees, or any of the preceding's respective employees, officers, or board members (each of the preceding, collectively the "Released Persons") are in any way legally responsible if one or more Attendees contracts COVID-19 or any other communicable disease around the time of the event or as a result of attending the event; and
Each Attendee waives and releases each Released Person from any all liability if they contract COVID-19 or any other communicable disease around the time of the event or as a result of attending the event.
Event Cancellation Policy:
Requests for refunds must be made in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the date of the event (e-mail is acceptable). No cancellations will be accepted within 48 hours of the event. Substitutions are allowed and must be submitted in writing (e-mail is acceptable). The substitute must be from the same firm as the original registrant and, if the substitute is not a TMA Member, the difference in registration fee will be required. Please note that if you register for the event after the cancellation deadline has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund should you need to cancel your registration. The cancellation policy applies to all registrants regardless of when the registration is submitted. Registrants who fail to attend the event and do not provide written notice in accordance with these policies and deadlines are responsible for full payment.
