TMA strongly encourages you to make your hotel reservation early, as the hotel and discount block may sell out prior to October 7, the reservation deadline. Golf Scramble ($229) - Wednesday, November 2nd 1:00 p.m.
Disney's Magnolia Golf Course is a haven for serious golfers and an exciting challenge for all skill levels. This championship course is the longest of the Walt Disney World Resort golf courses and is marked by its magnificent magnolia trees.
The course is certified by Audubon International as a Cooperative Wildlife Sanctuary and rated 4 stars by Golf Digest. See which foursome can successfully avoid hitting into the water, as 11 out of 18 holes have water hazards. Golf registration is now closed. Inaugural TMA 5K Walk/Run ($30 pre-registration/$40 on-site) - Thursday, November 3 6:15 a.m.
The 2016 TMA Annual is excited to host it's Inaugural 5k Run/Walk sponsored by AlixPartners. Join fellow attendees for an early-morning run or walk to start your day off on the right foot. All participants will receive a t-shirt on-site, and the top three male and female finishers will receive a medal.
Race registration opens at 6:00 a.m. on-site.
Cocktails & Cuisine ($109) - Thursday, November 3rd 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Enjoy tasting five unique appetizers paired with five different wines at this informative yet fun social outing. After the formal tasting there will be time to network while continuing to enjoy the expertly paired food and drink. This event is sold out. Business Behind the Magic ($149) - Thursday, November 3rd 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Disney Institute hosts this selective tour taking guests backstage to get a behind-the-scenes VIP look at various locations across the Disney property, highlighting their business philosophies in action.
Notification of cancellation must be submitted via email. Cancellations will not be reviewed or processed until they are received in writing. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
Cancellations received on or before Wednesday, October 12 will be refunded as follows:
Full Conference Registration: Attendee will receive a refund for the total cost of the conference less a $250 processing fee. Cancellations received after Wednesday, October 12 will not be refunded.
Spouse/Guest Full Registration Cancellation Only: Attendee will receive a refund for the full registration and any events for which the spouse/guest may be registered less a $150 processing fee. Spouse/Guest Registrations are non-refundable after the cancellation deadline of Wednesday, October 12.
Golf & Networking Activities: Attendee will receive a full refund for the activity only if received by Wednesday, October 12. Requests received after Wednesday, October 12 will not be refunded.
Cancellations received after Wednesday, October 12 will not be refunded. This includes the entire conference registration and/or any portion of the registration. TMA does not issue credits for future conferences, but does welcome substitutions. Please note that if you register for the conference after the cancellation date has passed, you will not be eligible for any type of refund. These cancellation policies apply to all individuals, regardless of when the registration form is submitted. Refunds will be issued following the conference, no later than December 1, 2016.
Substitutions are permitted. Substitutions must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) for TMA consideration. Phone substitutions are not accepted. Please note that substitutions made after Monday, October 24 may not be reflected on the registration list. The substitute must be from the same firm as the original registrant and the substitution notice must contain accurate contact information for the new registrant; otherwise, TMA cannot guarantee an accurate listing on the registration list. Substitute registrants with different membership status and/or registration category will be invoiced the difference in registration fees.
