Tim has particular experience in event-driven leveraged finance, including acquisition finance, bridge and pre-IPO financing, mezzanine lending and intercreditor structures, refinancings, rescue finance, and hybrid investments. Coupled with extensive experience with contentious Asian debt restructuring
and enforcement situations, Tim is one of the few finance lawyers in the market able to provide holistic risk mitigation and enforcement analysis and structuring advice specific to the legal framework and practical realities in developing countries in Asia.

Michael R. Loefler, GSteel and Pacific Navigator Ltd, Hong Kong
Michael is a German lawyer and Project Finance Banker by training. He started in Asia 1995 and left the bank as MD and Head of Project and Asset Finance Asia in 2003 to work for the ADB on a mandate with the Thai Ministry of Finance. 2006 he joined Cargill where he held regional management functions in Environmental Finance and Trade Structured Finance. After leaving Cargill TSF in 2011 he was appointed Deputy CFO for the downstream business of GoldenAgriResources (Sinarmas) in order to implement financial supply chain management, treasury, process orientation and risk management. Since June 2013, Michael has been appointed CEO for GSteel Public Company Ltd and GJSteel Public Company Ltd. Besides the management of the group turnaround Michael is working on the transformation of the group into a
process and efficiency driven organization. The group has 2 steel making facilities with 1600 employees and a production capacity of combined more than 2.5 million mt HRC. Besides this appointment Michael is partner and director of Pacific Navigator Ltd, a Hong Kong based recovery, restructuring and turnaround management firm.
