Jordana Levine is a holistic nutritionist and meal prep coach who helps people heal from digestive issues, burnout, allergies, food-related anxiety and more. After years spent working in the corporate world and experiencing her own health crisis, she committed herself to helping others build a positive, healthy relationship with food, no matter how busy life gets.
She works with individuals to identify symptoms, concerns and goals, building tailored plans to achieve long-term physical and mental well-being. For businesses, she runs corporate wellness workshops. A former communications professional, Jordana ensures sessions are light-hearted and engaging for audiences of all ages and stages.
