The COVID-19 pandemic is expected to cause an increase in bankruptcy filings.  Mediation will be a key component to resolving disputes in bankruptcy matters.  The panel will discuss key aspects of the facilitative mediation process and the role that attorneys, financial advisors and expert witnesses will play at mediation.
