All reservations need to be made under the "NW TMA Cross Border Conference" room block or "V-V-N" room block code in order to receive the group rate of $219. The special group rate is available through September 9, 2019.
Event Cancellation Policy:
Requests for refunds must be made in writing by September 26, 2019 (e-mail is acceptable). Substitutions are allowed and must be submitted in writing (e-mail is acceptable). The substitute must be from the same firm as the original registrant and, if the substitute is not a TMA Member, the difference in registration fee will be required. Please note that if you register for the event after the cancellation deadline has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund should you need to cancel your registration.
