A Hero's Farewell
How Top Leaders Assure Success at Succession

Keynote
Dr. Jeffrey A. Sonnenfeld
Senior Associate Dean and
Lester Crown Professor in the Practice of Management

Yale University | School of Management

Our Program
Join us as Yale University's School of Management, Senior Associate Dean, Professor Jeffrey A. Sonnenfeld, bio, leads us in a discussion where we will consider the importance of succession. This year we have witnessed record CEO turnover. Some of this has been due to normal retirement while in other cases boards have acted in the aftermath of performance failures of executive misconduct. In this program, we will discuss the ways age can be an asset in top leadership but also the challenges to ensuring continuity in the leadership pipeline.

In addition to his responsibilities at Yale, Professor Sonnenfeld founded the Executive Leadership Group and has been a frequent commentator on MSNBC.

This is a don't miss event! Space is limited; consider registering early.
