The Turnaround Management Association Certification committee will host a Lunch & Learn session for anyone interested in learning more about how High Ridge Partners, LLC and Goldstein & McClintock received the 2017 Small Transaction of the Year award by the Turnaround Management Association’s Chicago/Midwest chapter for the successful Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors of Adjustable Clamp Company, Patrick D. Cavanaugh, Assignee. Tina and Harold will talk about their collaboration in arranging a series of transactions, and reducing a number of large claims, that resulted in secured creditors being paid in full and unsecured creditors being paid over 70% on account of their claims.

The substitute must be from the same firm as the original registrant and, if the substitute is not a TMA Member, the difference in registration fee will be required. Please note that if you register for the event after the cancellation deadline has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund should you need to cancel your registration.
