Our private area is located above Louise's, The Lake Deck, in the Water Street Brewery Building, where you will be able to network without the music being to loud yet have all the atmosphere Summerfest offers. Fireworks begin at 9:30 pm and can be viewed from The Lake Deck. The ABSOLUTE BEST vantage point on the Summerfest grounds for viewing fireworks! When the reception concludes, the fun continues. Plan to stick around and enjoy the fest on your own; the festival grounds are open until midnight where one can enjoy a variety of live music and entertainment.
Price includes an all-day pass to the festival grounds (remember, there are 12 stages with a full array of live music from classic rock, to country to R&B): Fireworks show, a full buffet dinner and all beverages during the TMA reception.

NOTE: we were recently informed that the Summerfest management will be implementing new COVID protocols for entry into the park. Specifically, a proof of vaccination will be required OR a negative COVID test result that is taken no more than 72 hours prior to your arrival. For more specifics so that you are prepared when you arrive, click here.
Please note that this protocol is required by Summerfest and as an organization who is hosting a private reception on their grounds, we must adhere to their policy. If you are not comfortable with this new requirement to attend the event, you can cancel your reservation and a full refund will be issued. You will be receiving a link to download your electronic tickets and we will see you on September 2nd!

Requests for refunds must be made in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the date of the event (e-mail is acceptable). No cancellations will be accepted within 48 hours of the event. Substitutions are allowed and must be submitted in writing (e-mail is acceptable). The substitute must be from the same firm as the original registrant and, if the substitute is not a TMA Member, the difference in registration fee will be required. Please note that if you register for the event after the cancellation deadline has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund should you need to cancel your registration. The cancellation policy applies to all registrants regardless of when the registration is submitted. Registrants who fail to attend the event and do not provide written notice in accordance with these policies and deadlines are responsible for full payment.
