Bio for Bill Drmacich
Bill joined Ares in 2014 and covers the Southeast seeking asset-based lending opportunities of $15 million and greater nationwide.  Ares Commercial Finance is a fund within the Ares family focused on ABL lending including revolvers and term loans – for better performers, we can provide stretch advances. 
Bill has been part of the Atlanta financial community for 25 years.  After earning his MBA from SUNY Buffalo, Bill started his career in New York City with Royal Bank of Canada.  He has also spent significant time with HSBC and CIT.  He enjoys long walks on the beach and deal opportunities with deadlines.

Bio for Bailey Falls
Bailey Falls is a Senior Underwriting Manager for Bank of America Business Capital, Bank of America’s asset-based lending (“ABL”) business. Bailey heads a team responsible for credit analysis, diligence, and closing of ABL loans in the Eastern U.S.  Bailey joined a predecessor bank in 1994 and has spent his entire banking career in ABL serving in a variety of positions including underwriter, Division Portfolio Officer and currently, Sr. Underwriting Manager.  Bailey graduated from Birmingham-Southern College in 1986 with an accounting degree.  He is a certified public accountant.  Bailey resides in Atlanta and is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s.

Bio for Virginia L. Kiseljack
Virginia Kiseljack joined PNC Business Credit, the asset based lending division of PNC Bank, National Association, in Atlanta in 2004. A seasoned asset based lender with over 25 years of industry experience, she is directly responsible for originating, structuring and closing asset based and leveraged cash flow loans to middle market companies located primarily in the Southeast. These credit facilities support mergers and acquisitions, rapid growth, recapitalization and financial restructuring. With more than $55 billion in loan commitments under management, PNC Business Credit has closed over 800 deals in the last 5 years and serves more than 1,000 clients, making this division a leading player in their industry. With offices in Canada and the U.K., the group also offers cross-border asset based financing for their U.S.-based customers.  A 1986 MBA graduate with a concentration in Finance from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, Ms. Kiseljack earned her undergraduate BA (magna cum laude) in Economics with a Management Certificate from Sweet Briar College where she was elected into Phi Beta Kappa. She resides in Marietta with her husband and college aged daughter and son.
