Sean Mirzabegian, Partner at Morgan Kingston Advisors, LLC

Sean Mirzabegian, Partner, co-founded Morgan Kingston in 2018. Sean has over 20 years of investment banking, corporate M&A, principal investing, lending and entrepreneur experience. Prior to co-founding Morgan Kingston, Sean held various positions at MVI, Dresner Partners, ADP, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADP), Wintrust Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: WTFC) and Northern Trust Corporation (NASDAQ: NTRS). Sean also led various entrepreneurial endeavors, including as owner/operator/investor of an independent record label and a nationwide event staffing agency. 

Sean’s transaction experience includes buyside and sellside mergers and acquisitions, sales, divestitures, carve-outs, joint ventures and alliances, debt and equity capital raises, recapitalizations, financial restructuring and corporate turnaround, bankruptcy transactions, valuations and strategic advisory for both private and publicly-traded companies. His advisory experience represents a broad range of industries, including consumer products, food & beverage, restaurants, retail, healthcare, technology, business services, media & entertainment, financial services and industrials. 

Sean graduated with a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He holds FINRA Series 79 and 63 securities licenses. 

Sean lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and their two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his kids’ sports teams and playing hockey.





Errol Schweizer, Founder & Owner of Erroll Schweizer LLC

Errol Schweizer was born in The Bronx, New York, has a Biology degree and over 25 years of experience in the food industry, from grill cook, stock clerk and purchasing manager, to V.P. of Grocery, a position he held at Whole Foods for seven years, plus seven years in store and regional operations at Whole Foods in TX, FL and NY/NJ. In that role, his team grew sales to over US$5 Billion and added 350 basis points of gross margin, by supporting the launch and commercialization of thousands of products, including 365 private label, BeyondMeat, Daiya, Siggi's, Harmless Harvest, Califia Farms, Justin's, Ripple, Gardein, Siete Foods and many more. He has worked on food safety and quality standards and developed plant-based, Organic, Non-GMO and regenerative supply chains and product standards, as well as humanely raised and grass-fed dairy and eggs. Supermarket News has recognized Errol with a Retail Game-changer award and he received a Lifetime Achievement Award from Hemp Industries Association. Since 2016, he has been a Board Member, Co-Founder and Advisor to over two dozen food retail and CPG enterprises, including Good Catch, Merryfield, Farmer Direct Organic, Good Eggs, Awakened Foods, and Hawthorn Valley. He is active in municipal food policy and healthy food access, and is the Co-founder and Host of The Checkout Podcast and The Checkout Grocery Update newsletter.

Event Cancellation Policy: 


Requests for refunds must be emailed to centralTX@turnaround.org no later than 48 hours prior to the date of the event. No cancellations will be accepted within 48 hours of the event. Substitutions are allowed and must be emailed to centralTX@turnaround.org no later than 24 hours prior to the date of the event. The substitute must be from the same firm as the original registrant and, if the substitute is not a TMA Member, the difference in registration fee will be required. Please note that if you register for the event after the cancellation deadline has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund should you need to cancel your registration. The cancellation policy applies to all registrants regardless of when the registration is submitted. Registrants who fail to attend the event and do not provide written notice in accordance with these policies and deadlines are responsible for full payment.
