Please join us virtually for a panel discussion regarding the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and its impact on Greater Cincinnati's infrastructure including potential infrastructure projects and opportunities for the region.




Dan is a veteran in the economic development community with a proven track record of driving business growth.  Coupling over  34 years of experience with an extensive network of working relationships with business and community leaders, Dan coordinates the efforts of a team of attorneys at Graydon that offers extensive economic development services ranging from site selection to organization planning to incentives, all designed to provide development solutions for both private sector and public sector clients.  Since 3Q 2019, Graydon Economic Development Services has assisted three companies secure over $1.4M in grants/tax credits for new and expanding projects and is working on multiple new industrial, commercial and multi-family real estate development projects within the Cincinnati region and in the Midwest.



Mark Policinski is celebrating his 30th year as a CEO, a position he has held since 2003 with the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments (OKI).

Notable accomplishments include senior-level positions in the private sector, including CEO of the Brown Publishing Company and vice president of The CoStar Group.

Before moving to Cincinnati, Mr. Policinski worked in Washington, D.C., on Capitol Hill and in the Ronald Reagan Administration. He has served on many public and private sector boards. Mr. Policinski is on the Board of Mater Filius Queen City, an organization that provides housing, medical and educational support to homeless and pregnant women.  For nearly two decades, Mr. Policinski has been named as one of the 100 Most Powerful Leaders in the Tri-State by Cincy Magazine. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Education degree from Indiana University with concentrations in political science and economics and Master of Economics from Western Kentucky University.




Ed is a 30-year industry veteran who brings a passion for technology, proven industry experience, relationships and a stellar track record of building successful winning and fun cultures.

Ed served as Vice President of Sales and Channel at Cradlepoint, and held several Sr. Executive roles at Avaya, including Global Strategic Accounts and Vertical Strategy Leader for Networking Solutions, U.S. Sales Leader-Networking, Government, Education and Medical (GEM) Sales Leader. Prior to joining Avaya, Ed held executive sales positions at Nortel, Bay Networks, Intelliseek, Quantum Bridge and Wellfleet Communications.

Ed has an undergraduate degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
