In both traditional and advanced technology manufacturing, she focuses on legal requirements within the context of practical application. Second, Ms. Toby is a prominent bankruptcy and restructuring attorney with over 30 years of experience. She is known for her creative approach in providing solutions for creditors, debtors and lenders addressing financial challenges. Ms. Toby has been involved in numerous significant bankruptcy cases throughout the country and is a frequent speaker and media consultant in her fields.
Arun Kumar, AlixPartners
Arun has more than 20 years of consulting and industry experience in the automotive, travel and hospitality, high-tech, heavy-equipment, and transportation industries. Clients benefit from his expert advice on large-scale transformation, strategy, operations improvement, and postmerger integration, based on his work across North America and Europe. Arun is considered an expert in automotive by his helping suppliers resolve strategic and operational issues. Arun has an MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business and a Master of Science in Engineering/Applied Analytics from Northeastern University. He has given many media interviews on autonomous/electric vehicles, digital transformation, and mobility as a service and has published several articles relevant to C-level executives.
Adam Hollerbach, AlixPartners
Adam has more than 15 years of experience in financial consulting, with extensive depth and breadth in the specific area of business expertise. In his various finance roles, Adam supports clients' turnaround-specific requirements and ongoing performance improvements. The time spent in that space has given Adam the perspective to execute quickly and competently in high-pressure situations while deftly navigating relations with multiple constituencies. He has worked with large public companies as well as private middle-market clients. His industry experience is in the retail, energy, electronics, transportation, healthcare, consumer product, packaging, oil & gas, and manufacturing industries.
