Chris Ciannella, a director in Grant Thornton's Strategic Solutions Practice and has over 22 years of experience advising companies on profit improvements, corporate turnarounds, bankruptcies, insolvencies, M&A due diligence and self-side advisory. Chris has worked on middle market companies and has served in a wide variety of roles including assignee and chief restructuring officer. Chris is an active member with the Turnaround Management Association where he has been a co-chair on the Education Committee for the past two years. Chris is a CPA and holds a BS in accountancy from Northern Illinois University and a MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Chris is also a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
