Phillip J. Castellini
As President and Chief Operating Officer of the Cincinnati Reds, Phillip J. Castellini is responsible for all business and ballpark operations of the organization, including the growth of new revenue through ticket sales, corporate sponsorships and special events. A graduate of Babson College, Mr. Castellini has a Bachelor of Science, Marketing and Entrepreneurial studies and a minor in literature. He also has attended post-graduate studies through the University of Pittsburgh’s Semester at Sea program. He and his wife Britt have five children. In addition to his Reds duties, Mr. Castellini is a member of the Greater Cincinnati community. He is currently a member of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, Cincinnati Parks Board, Young Presidents’ Organization, Commonwealth Club and Queen City Club. Since 1993 he has served as President of Merchants Cold Storage in Walton, Kentucky.
