There isn't much that you can control in these uncertain times. But you can take important steps to protect your company from financial destruction due to current business conditions. Cash is king, particularly during times of economic distress. But having cash in the bank does not mean that a company has positive cash flow. The 13-week cash flow projection is THE fundamental tool to help businesses manage their cash and liquidity.
Join John Vota, Managing Partner at Silverstone Advisors, to walk through how to create and use this tool to keep your business afloat. He will address the elements needed to build a robust cash forecast such as sales forecasts, revenue conversion cycles, receivables collection, employee compensation, vendor payments and debt repayment. He will also touch upon how to use this tool to communicate with your employees, bankers, vendors, and customers to develop a workable plan to keep your business intact.
