Carlos Elizondo

Carlos A. Elizondo is the head of originations, Southwest Region, for PNC Business Credit and a Senior Vice President at PNC Bank where he leads a team of business development executives in Denver, Dallas and Houston responsible for originating, structuring, and closing asset-based and cash flow senior secured loans to private equity-backed, private and public companies. Prior to joining PNC in 2017, he was a financial advisor as a sole-practitioner in a firm he founded, serving start-up and middle-market companies including those in distressed situations. Before that, he held various roles at GE Capital in Northern California, including responsibility for originating deal flow and relationship management to a set of strategic customers across all of GE’s financial products. He began his career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen after receiving his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and his MAcc from the University of Southern California. He has served on several corporate boards, and actively participates in his community as an officer or board director for various non-profit organizations. Carlos is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Turnaround Management Association and Secured Finance Network.
William Kemp represents Republic Business Credit in the Texas Market. He serves as a Vice President of Business Development where he focuses on delivering both asset-based and factoring solutions. In William’s current role, he is responsible for building relationships with accountants, attorneys, bankers, and private equity groups throughout the state of Texas, understanding the business’s working capital needs, and assisting with the underwriting process. Prior to his role in the Houston office, William spent four years developing the Midwest Region. He is currently the TMA Houston Membership Chair and is the Vice President of SFNet Houston Chapter. William is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
Drew Miller
Managing Director
AB Private Credit Investors
Drew Miller is a Managing Director of AB Private Credit Investors, where he leads West Coast sponsor originations across a variety of industries. He is also responsible for coverage of financial sponsors located in Austin, Texas. Miller joined the firm in 2015 as a Director of AB Private Credit Investors. Previously, he was a vice president in GE Capital’s Sponsor Finance Group (now Antares Capital), where he originated investments in the technology and media industries. Miller’s experience at GE Capital also included several years of underwriting, portfolio management and debt restructuring. Prior to joining GE Capital in 2004, he worked for KPMG. Miller holds a BA in international relations from the University of Memphis and a MAcc from the University of Southern California.
With 12 years of experience in corporate finance, restructuring, and forensic consulting and asset management, Erik White of Harney Partners focuses on providing financial and operational advisory services to companies in transition, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to lower middle-market companies.
Erik was previously employed as a Vice President at KBC Financial Products, where he was responsible for investment decisions and day-to-day risk management of corporate credit strategies as part of a $1 billion hedge fund. Erik led the liquidation and wind-down of the hedge fund in 2010 and assisted in the divestiture of the KBC Bank’s reverse mortgage portfolio and mortgage originator. He holds a BSE from Princeton, an MBA from the University of Michigan, and the Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) qualification.
