Justin Flood has twenty years of investment, banking and workout experience with businesses that are experiencing difficulty or distress. His experience is primarily concentrated in investments & acquisitions of lower middle market companies in need of restructuring. Justin continues to pursue such opportunities as a Partner at The Anderson Group, a St. Petersburg, Florida based private equity group with a thirty-five-year track record acquiring or investing in companies and adding value through operations. Anderson offers speed and decisiveness in both in- and out-of-court processes.

William B. deMeza Jr. is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Tampa office. Mr. deMeza represents employers in labor, employment discrimination, minimum wage/overtime, employment contract, and OSHA matters throughout the United States. Clients have included restaurants, manufacturers, financial institutions, technology companies, physicians' groups, law firms, retail stores, government contractors, insurance companies, shipyards, and mining companies.

Betsy Irizarry represents over 25 years of demonstrated experience building successful human resources organizations and economic value strategies for emerging and progressive companies. Her expertise in the professional services, manufacturing, information technology, financial services, farming, healthcare, and educational industries contributes to her high degree of knowledge in building new management teams, creating value-based human capital strategies across multi-generational and multi-competency workforces as well and supporting companies through their mergers and acquisition integration activities.

Susan M. Smith (moderator) is a Managing Director with B. Riley Advisory Services, f/k/a GlassRatner Financial Advisory & Capital Group.  Susan has over 30 years of experience as a CPA, an Interim CFO and financial advisor to companies to distressed companies.
