Victor Antico, President, Antico Management Company (AMC)
Victor Antico is President of Antico Management Company (AMC). Victor and AMC provides management and receiver services for hotel owners and lenders ranging from 40 to 250 rooms. He has provided consulting services ranging from general management issues to cash flow analysis and has been an expert witness in numerous hospitality litigation matters for lenders and operators.
In addition to his responsibilities for AMC, he is also an owner of a Holiday Inn Express hotel and has held multiple senior management positions for hotel operators.
Victor is a graduate of Bryant College and has a degree in Hotel Management. He started his carrer at Hyatt Hotels first working at the Grand Hyatt in New York City and later moving on to what is today Affinia Hotels. HE then worked for Mellette and Associates which managed bank-owned hotels and he managed up to four hotels simultaneously. Victor has consulted for TD Bank, United Bank, Home Loan Bank and as well as others.
Thomas W. Saturley, Chair, Tranzon Driggers
Thomas W. Saturley is Chair of Tranzon Driggers based in Ocala, Florida with offices throughout the Southeast. He is also one of the founding members of the Tranzon partnership and has served as chairman of Tranzon’s Executive Committee for the last 10 years.
Mr. Saturley has been a respected professional in the real estate industry since 1990. Prior to this, he was a practicing attorney in Maine and New Hampshire, routinely representing clients in complicated real estate development and lending transactions. He also served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maine. He brings with him a background in law, real estate, auction marketing, and business management, and has spoken extensively on auction methodology in various professional forums and educational settings throughout the Country.
Mr. Saturley is currently licensed to conduct auctions and sell real estate in multiple states. He holds a J.D. Degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in Concord, New Hampshire, and a B.A. Degree from Gettysburg College, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. He is a CAI certified auctioneer and has served as President and Chairman of the Board of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA). In 2017, Mr. Saturley was inducted into the NAA Hall of Fame, in recognition of his many years of professional excellence, integrity, and service.
R.J. Romano, Supply Chain Practice Leader & Managing Director, Operational Value Creation, BDO Consulting
RJ is a Managing Director in BDO’s Operational Value Creation Practice and leads the Supply Chain Advisory Practice. He has over 20 years of experience in supply chain/logistics working with manufacturers, distributors, trucking companies and third-party logistics companies (3PL).
Starting his career as a part-time Distribution/Inventory Supervisor for the healthcare industry, while attending college as a student-athlete, paved the way for a diverse background in all functional areas of Supply Chain. After college, RJ was the GM for a small outdoor recreation company focused on Production, Distribution & Logistics for eCommerce and distribution to big box retailers. After his role in retail, he continued in the Distribution/Logistics field as a Regional Hub Manager for UPS, focusing on Less-than-truckload (LTL) and Parcel where he managed over 350 employees and drivers. While increasing Hub metrics for safety and productivity to record-high facility standards, RJ transitioned into a Regional Leadership Team for the Northeast focusing on Supply Chain Solutions and client’s warehouse performance improvement across 60+ US locations.
RJ then moved into the 3PL sector managing supply chain solutions for food industry leading and retail clients, working in multiple roles varying from Procurement, Distribution, Strategic Solutions, Inventory Management and Transportation Operations. As a member of the Leadership Team, RJ managed over $500 Million of transportation spend (Truckload, LTL, Parcel, Air, Ocean) and executed savings of over $100 Million for various clients, including McDonald’s, Chick-Fil-A, Darden Restaurant, Chipotle. Additionally, RJ was responsible for onboarding both Chipotle and Chick-Fil-A and assisted with the selection and implementation of both a WMS and TMS for the company which supported the entire network and all customers.
Prior to entering the consulting industry, RJ acted as the Head of Global Supply Chain & Logistics for a $2.1 billion publicly traded manufacturing company with more than 10,000 employees on six continents at more than 150 locations, RJ developed, implemented and managed strategic initiatives: Hub & Spoke transition, transportation optimization, centralized supply chain operations and integrated technology (TMS/WMS/Fleet Telematics). RJ managed a network consisting of 10 Manufacturing Plants, 5 Hubs & 150+ Distribution Centers worldwide and Internal OTR (Over-the-Road) and Distribution Final Mile Fleets consisting of Union and Non-Union drivers (500+ drivers).
Since transitioning to consulting in Summer of 2017 with LMCO as the Supply Chain Advisory Leader, and then moving to BDO in 2019, RJ has assisted clients at various manufacturing, distribution and transportation/logistics companies focused on supply chain network design/integrations, manufacturing process improvement, distribution/transportation operations and information technology implementation.
