John Cronin, Fred Raccosta, and Jason Rae have been promoted to managing director at Tiger Capital Group. Cronin has more than 20 years’ experience in both the liquidation and appraisal businesses and since 2012 has been the firm’s director of planning & analysis. Raccosta, a 28-year veteran of the valuation advisory and asset-based lending industries, leads the firm’s sales and marketing efforts to the lending, turnaround, and investment banking communities in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic regions. Rae is responsible for client relationships in New England, the Midwest, and Eastern Canada. He has more than 14 years of asset valuation, advisory, and disposition services experience.
Michael Goletz has joined White Oak Commercial Finance LLC as director of ABL originations, covering the Midwest U.S. region. He joins White Oak from WNB Specialty Finance, a division of Woodforest National Bank, where he was responsible for sourcing and structuring asset-based debt facilities ranging from $5 million to $25 million. Goletz holds a bachelor’s degree from Butler University and an MBA from Indiana University.
Steve Hodkinson has joined Virtas Partners as a managing director. Before his current position, Hodkinson was with AlixPartners for 16 years and worked on successful turnarounds and restructurings of multinational companies in North America and Europe. He also served in several interim CFO and chief accounting officer (CAO) positions for public and private clients in various industries, as well as assuming accounting and reporting advisory roles for companies in Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Jeanine Krattiger has been promoted to managing director at Carl Marks Advisors. Krattiger has been with the firm since 2002 and leads its strategic marketing and business development initiatives, including events, brand awareness, content marketing, and digital and internal communications.
Edward A. Phillips, CTP, has joined Getzler Henrich & Associates LLC as managing director in the firm’s Philadelphia office. With more than 25 years of experience in restructuring, insolvency, liquidation, and forensic accounting matters, Phillips has represented various parties and held a number of roles in bankruptcy proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, and post-confirmation engagements. In addition to his advisory work with distressed companies, he has assisted Chapter 11 creditors’ committees and secured lenders across a wide range of industries. In addition to being a Certified Turnaround Professional, Phillips is a CPA, a CIRA, and a certified fraud examiner (CFE). He was a principal author of The Chief Restructuring Officer’s Guide to Bankruptcy, published by ABI.
Derek Rosenstrauch has joined the Asset-based Lending Group of CIBC as a managing director of business development for the Northern California region. Rosenstrauch was previously a vice president with City National Bank, responsible for portfolio management and business development of middle market companies.
