Joseph Richman is a director with r² advisors and works with underperforming and insolvent companies, both in and out of the bankruptcy process. He performs extensive analyses that facilitate his ability to fully advise his clients. Richman holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He currently serves on TMA Rocky Mountain’s Board of Directors as chair of the TMA NextGen program.
Chris Erickson is a director with r² advisors and specializes in providing business assessments, financial modeling, restructuring management, strategic development and implementation, and creditor advisory services. He has more than eight years of financial experience, with roles in consulting, investment banking, hedge fund investing, and wealth management. Erickson holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Minnesota – Duluth and an MBA from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business.
Thomas M. Kim, CTP, works with underperforming businesses facing important transitions, both financial and operational. He brings his background in operations, M&A, out-of-court workouts, and bankruptcy to his consulting practice. Prior to founding r2 advisors llc, Kim was with a private investment company that invested in special assets transactions. He began his career as a bankruptcy lawyer, primarily with a large, New York-based international law firm, where he worked on many large and complex bankruptcy and workout matters, including hundreds of transactions. He has served as president and chairman of TMA Global.
