Spencer Ware is a managing director at Conway MacKenzie, part of Riveron, where he heads the retail industry restructuring practice. Based in New York, he has focused much of his nearly 20-year restructuring career on retail, with notable assignments including an officer role for JCPenney and CRO for Eastern Mountain Sports and Bob’s Stores, Krispy Kreme, and Staples. Ware has received a Turnaround of the Year award from the Turnaround Management Association and multiple leadership awards within the restructuring industry.
