Eva Ringelspacher is a member of the management board of Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner GmbH. She primarily provides debt advisory services and advises companies on financial restructuring. Prior to her current position, she worked as a lawyer, as a director in the restructuring department of a major bank for 20 years, and in restructuring consulting for seven years. A member of the extended board of TMA Germany and president of TMA Europe, Ringelspacher has written for various publications, speaks regularly at seminars and conferences, and lectures at the IFUS Institute of the SRH University of Applied Sciences in Heidelberg.
