Abdul Hannan Mian is an associate in the Dispute Resolution team at Hadef & Partners LLC in Dubai United Arab Emirates. He possesses diverse and multijurisdictional experience in dispute resolution and is well-versed with litigation, both in the onshore UAE courts and DIFC courts. He also regularly advises and assists clients before various arbitration centers, including the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and the International Chambers of Commerce (ICC). Bankruptcy, insolvency, and restructuring are key focus areas of Mian’s practice.
Karim Mahmoud is a partner in the Dispute Resolution team at Hadef & Partners LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. A U.S.-qualified attorney, he is a Part II qualified practitioner with the DIFC Courts and advocates regularly before arbitration tribunals.
