Anna Nolan is a restructuring/special situations counsel in the London office of Alston & Bird. She has broad experience advising sophisticated investors, insolvency practitioners, issuers of bonds, and trustees on financial and corporate restructurings, including bond restructurings, schemes of arrangement, and restructuring plans; replacement trustee work; cross-border enforcement strategies and insolvency matters; debt reviews and amendments to financial documents; structured finance transactions; and transactions with a real estate asset focus. Nolan is chair of TMA NOW Europe and a director of TMA UK.
Tyrone Courtman has more than 30 years’ experience advising lenders, corporates, distressed investors, and individuals in complex financial restructuring and turnaround appointments across a wide range of industries and jurisdictions. Clients include major financial institutions, private equity providers, and professional service firms. Courtman has also acted as an expert witness and is past president of TMA UK and founding past president of the European Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals (EACTP).
