Edwin Clark is a manager in the Dallas office of CR3 Partners. He has extensive experience in private equity and investment banking, with knowledge of principal investing and debt capital markets. He has focused on evaluating new investments, deal due diligence, financial analysis, legal document review, and operational improvements of portfolio companies. Prior to his current position, Clark was a senior associate at Catalyst Holdings and Actium Group, both Dallas-based private equity funds.
Eileen Frino is a director in the New York office of CR3 Partners. She is a seasoned finance professional with over 10 years of experience spanning investment banking and credit advisory to operational and regulatory consulting. Frino specializes in providing financial and strategic advice to clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, industrials, manufacturing, real estate, and retail. She holds a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University and an MBA from London Business School.
William Snyder, CTP, is a partner in the Dallas office of CR3 Partners. With executive and entrepreneurial experience spanning close to 40 years, he has restructured, managed, and guided a multitude of companies in a wide variety of industries. He is a broadly experienced restructuring professional who has participated in the restructuring of hundreds of companies and has acted as a fiduciary in many cases. Snyder brings a meaningful style of results-driven leadership to complex crisis situations.
