David Levy, CCIM, is managing director at Keen-Summit Capital Partners LLC. He is head of the Summit Investment Management LLC and Keen-Summit Capital Partners LLC Chicago/Midwest office, responsible for all aspects of business development and execution with the company’s distressed debt acquisitions and opportunistic credit transactions, plus real estate brokerage and auction, investment banking, and lease modification and restructuring services.
