Veronica Rocha is director with Arch + Beam with more than 15 years of experience in management, operations, and finance. She has worked on multiple consulting engagements related to financially distressed companies, Chapter 11 bankruptcies, liquidations, and real estate holdings. Her earlier career ranged from commercial operations across the Americas and Europe to consultant roles in private equity. With a deep analytical foundation, Rocha has expertise in operations management, strategy development and execution, and operational and financial analysis.
Jeannie Kim is an attorney in Sheppard Mullin’s Finance & Bankruptcy Practice Group. She represents corporate debtors in possession, committees of unsecured creditors, Chapter 11 trustees, financial institutions, commercial landlords, asset purchasers, and vendors in all aspects of complex Chapter 11 cases, related litigation, state and federal receivership cases, state court insolvency proceedings, and out-of-court workouts spanning a range of industries.
