As we light the way forward, which is the theme of The 2023 TMA Annual conference and 35th anniversary celebration, we look back to look forward—from our humble beginnings to the bright future that lies ahead. Our organization has morphed and grown in so many important ways. We change with the times and, in times of change, we acclimate with fortitude and embrace opportunity.
In celebration of our 35th anniversary, we look to the luminaries who are being inducted into the TMA Hall of Fame, a group who helped to define the corporate restructuring industry to ensure that the next generation of professionals will be armed with the tools to improve and advance our industry so they too can one day mentor others.
This Annual conference will shine and define the many things TMA has become as an organization constantly in motion, building momentum toward a brighter tomorrow.
From our Network of Women and the empowerment they represent to a NextGen community that grows and thrives, we take the teachings of four generations of thought leadership and, today, start the next chapter in our story of TMA Tomorrow.
This 35th anniversary celebration illuminates an organization that lights the way forward with a clarity like never before. TMA thrives because it becomes more practical—and in the practical, all our members become more skilled and equipped to be better together in all corners of the world.

From humble beginnings, we continue to achieve great things. Today, at 58 chapters strong with further growth on the horizon, TMA Global has become a truly connected, diverse, and standout organization in the corporate restructuring, reorganization, and corporate health space.
With a bright future ahead, we celebrate the founders who began construction on this humble house in 1988. These luminaries built a strong foundation, while providing the vision to embrace opportunity that now allows us to light the way forward for a TMA positioned to thrive in its next 35 years and beyond.
Here’s to the leaders of the last 35 years who have made this story our story and to the leaders of tomorrow who are emerging right before our eyes. Together, we are better for the runway our founders built and—again, together—we light the way forward into the future of this great and defining organization.
