Why Serve on the TMA Board?

Board service allows you to bring your full self to TMA – your emotional connection to the work, your commitment to the overall sector, your life experience, your skills, and intellect. Serving on a TMA Board will help you forge deeper connections to the corporate restructuring community and your peers. Serving on the TMA Board is an enriching way to give back to the profession, to the organization, and to the next generation of turnaround professionals.

Executive Board Nominations

All officers serve a 1-year term. The following are Executive Board roles chosen by the Nominations Committee:

Vice President-Chapter Relations

Board of Trustees Nominations

Trustees serve two-year terms on the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees’ main responsibility is to act as an intermediary between the Executive Board and the members and as a forum for members to receive information that allows the Association, its chapters, and international affiliates to better serve and represent the members. The Board of Trustees meets twice annually at the TMA Annual Conference and Distressed Investing Conference in person.
